The Best Dressed Stars From the 2024 Met Gala

Every year, the Met Gala red carpet is one of the most memorable, talked about, celebrity fashion star Studded events of all time, Started in 1948, The Met Gala, formally called the Costume Institute Benefit, is an annual fundraising gala held for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute in Manhattan. The Met Gala is popularly regarded as the world's most prestigious and glamorous fashion event and social gathering for celebrities! A-Listers to add!

Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief of Vogue and the lead chairperson of the Gala event since 1995 (excluding 1996 and 1998), oversees both the benefit committee and the guest list, with Vogue staffers helping to assemble the list of invitees Directed and put on by Vogue.

This year's Met Gala exhibition theme was "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion," and the dress code was "The Garden of Time."

Personally!!!! I can only imagine how Fashion Stylists and their teams pulled together to dig through high profile designer's fashion contour collections, then have the their high profile A -listers celebrity clients try on outfit after outfit for the right look!

Let's dive into my favorite looks of the night.

Cardi B's black massive tulle gown with layers and layers of tulle covered the whole Gala Red carpet floor! Topping it off with a Tulle Head wrap, and dazzling diamond and green jewelry. Her dress looked like a garden! Designed by: Sensen Lii. She also caught slack about not knowing who the designer was, but getting the dress to the floor took about 10 men. I can see why she forgot the designers name.

WNBA Basket Ball star Reese, who also celebrated her 22nd birthday at the event, wore a Arlington by Marco Capaldo gown. The sparkly, mint-green dress featured a halter top with a deep V-neck and a sheer, floor-length skirt with feather details around the waist.

Rapper Nicki Minaj put on a flower show and also had one of my favorite looks of the night! Wearing a vibrant bright, yellow minidress covered with hand-painted metal flowers. Custom design from Marni by Franceso Risso,

Gabrielle Union walked the Met Gala red carpet alongside husband Dwyane Wade,

dazzled in a high-neck Michael Kors green and teal gown.

The Coachella headliner Doja Cat T-shirt dress with wrist-length sleeves, which clung to her skin. Doja Cat never disappoints and can pull off look. We are still recovering from her Coachella outfits.
